You'll also play a key part in our HR processes, from onboarding to payroll, using systems like BambooHR. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll using BambooHR
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits of financial and HR processes to identify areas for improvement
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and HR teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and HR
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks, SAP, and BambooHR
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in HR practices (e.g., SHRM-CP or equivalent) is a plus
