MRIT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer / Technical Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our range of tyres, including CV, TBR, and OHT tyres. This is an assistant-level position offering a competitive salary package and the opportunity to grow within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding tyre selection, installation, and maintenance.,Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Conduct tyre inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of technical training programs for customers and dealers.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support activities.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote tyre products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the tyre manufacturing sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles within the tyre industry.,Strong knowledge of CV, TBR, and OHT tyres, including their applications and specifications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.,Familiarity with technical tools and software used in the tyre industry.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
