📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, and injections.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as directed by the Head Nurse.,Support the Head Nurse in managing the healthcare unit, including inventory management and staff coordination.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized healthcare environment, adhering to infection control protocols.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or in a related healthcare role.,Professional certification or license as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures.,Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
