Easy Zone Mandiri is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in fleet management, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they follow safety protocols,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing,Track and manage fuel consumption and expenses,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with regulations,Coordinate with vendors for vehicle repairs and maintenance,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and performance,Provide support to the operations team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Valid driver's license is a plus
