📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes,Administer employee benefits and payroll,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Maintain HR documentation and records,Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives,Assist in employee training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
