📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production goals.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Participate in project planning and execution to support new product launches and process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques.
• Proven track record of leading manufacturing teams and driving process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is a plus.
