📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including time, costs, and materials.
  • Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and readily available.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in semiconductor construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
