The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and have a basic understanding of production operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the operation of production equipment and machinery.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.,Record and report production data and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and productivity.,Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Basic understanding of production operations and processes.,Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
