📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute routes, ensuring efficient and safe travel for passengers and cargo.,Maintain and inspect the vessel, ensuring it is in good working condition and safe for operation.,Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure the vessel is properly documented and all necessary paperwork is completed.,Monitor fuel consumption and other operational costs, ensuring they are within budget.,Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions to keep the crew updated on safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other necessary maritime certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Good knowledge of navigation and chart reading.,Experience in managing and supervising a crew.
