📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement using tools like Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on process improvements.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees on continuous improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement and sustain process improvements.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau to track and analyze production data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
