📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B service operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet customer expectations.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and food costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Contribute to the overall success of the F&B service by implementing best practices and innovative ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using basic office software and point of sale systems.,Familiarity with local and international F&B service standards and practices.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
