📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and product quality.,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing food and supplies.,Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed and communicated to staff.,Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and record-keeping.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
