Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and more.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.,Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve your work.,Work with other departments to ensure that all design projects are completed on time and to a high standard.,Provide creative input and ideas to help the marketing team achieve their goals.,Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.,Ensure that all designs are optimized for print and digital platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
