As a Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of store fit-out and renovation, from initial planning and design to final execution. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire process of store fit-out and renovation projects, from initial planning and design to final execution.
• Work closely with our in-house design team, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections to assess the condition of stores and identify areas requiring maintenance or renovation.
• Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including timelines, budgets, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance and renovation activities.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of materials and equipment required for store fit-out and renovation projects.
• Provide training and support to store staff on new store layouts, fixtures, and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in store fit-out, renovation, or maintenance in the retail industry.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the retail industry and understanding of customer experience.
