📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions in collaboration with department heads.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Monitor and report on training program progress and outcomes.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices in the industry.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP, or similar) are a plus.,Experience in the maritime or related industries is a plus.
