📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Evaluate training needs and develop training plans based on organizational goals.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to participants to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into business objectives.,Maintain training records and reports to track progress and outcomes.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to travel for training purposes when required.
