📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for daily use.
• Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently, ensuring timely and safe delivery of incense products to retail stores and mar.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards, communicating clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor and report on vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the logistics and delivery team to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay up-to-date with local traffic regulations and road conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and that customers are satisfied with the service provided.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Valid B1 Driver's License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a B1 Driver in the logistics and delivery industry.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in the past 3 years.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the incense industry and the products we deliver.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
