📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies for digital and print media, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Plan, organize, and execute events, both online and offline, to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling narratives and content that align with our brand voice and values.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation and event management.
• Assist in the development of event budgets and ensure they are executed within the allocated resources.
• Provide regular reports on content performance and event outcomes to the marketing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or event management.
• Proficient in using content management systems like WordPress and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of event planning tools and software, such as Eventbrite and Cvent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and event design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva is a plus.
