As a Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our operations. You will work closely with the Finance and Accounting teams, leveraging tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the Finance and Accounting teams in financial planning and budgeting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
