As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
• Analyze market trends and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
