Financial Control Analyst, Institutional Ex-Markets

ANZ is seeking a skilled Financial Control Analyst to join our team in Canggu, Bali. You will use advanced financial tools and software to maintain accurate financial records and provide timely reports to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data for reporting purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial control or accounting role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
