MANUNGGAL INTEGRASI SEJAHTERA is seeking a dedicated Project Support & Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and inventory control, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.,Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data to support decision-making processes.,Assist in the procurement process by identifying and sourcing necessary materials and equipment.,Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to project management and inventory control.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or inventory control.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
