As a BIM Lead at Madd Projects, you will be responsible for guiding your team in the adoption of BIM best practices, training, and mentoring team members to enhance their BIM skills. You will also collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that BIM is integrated into every phase of our projects, from design to construction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes and standards for electrical and M&E scopes.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM is integrated into all project phases.
• Develop and maintain BIM templates, standards, and guidelines for Madd Projects.
• Conduct BIM audits and reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
• Mentor and guide team members in enhancing their BIM skills and knowledge.
• Ensure the timely delivery of BIM-related tasks and projects within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM, with a strong focus on electrical and M&E scopes.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Collaboration Forum, Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
