In this role, you’ll work closely with merchants across Bali to ensure they’re getting the most out of our EDC solutions. You’ll handle everything from onboarding and training to providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Onboard and train merchants on EDC machines and our digital payment platform.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure merchants are maximizing the benefits of our solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins with merchants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new merchant opportunities.
• Analyze merchant data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive merchant adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital payments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital payment platforms and EDC machines is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about empowering local businesses and making a positive impact on the community.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
